Train
The City of New Orleans between Chicago and New Orleans (Amtrak) serves Memphis. Round-trip tickets from New Orleans to Memphis average $100. Round-trip tickets from Chicago to Memphis average $185.
Airport Shuttle
A downtown hotel shuttle is available through TennCo Express Airport Shuttle and can be arranged through The Peabody Concierge or by calling 901-522-0001. The downtown shuttle picks up guests at the Union Avenue entrance of The Peabody on an hourly basis. The shuttle costs $15 one way and $25 round-trip.
Taxi
Taxi service is available outside the baggage claim level at the Memphis International Airport. You must go to the kiosk and request a cab to your hotel (average cost is $35 one way, including a $5 airport fee). A couple of services are:
