At this time, the plan is for exhibitors to set up after 4 pm on October 29 in time for the Welcome Reception, to be held in the exhibit hall 6:30 - 8:00 pm. On October 30, the exhibits will be open 8:30 am - 12:30 pm and 2 - 3:30 pm, with breakfast available in the exhibit hall 8:30 am - 10 am. On October 31, the exhibits will be open at 10 am, with teardown beginning at 3 pm. Details are subject to change and are listed in the online program.
The exhibitor fee covers your 8' x 8' booth, pipe and drape (probably burgundy this year to complement the colors in the Continental Ballroom), 6' x 30" table and chairs, power, and wireless internet access. One free conference registration is also included (a $390 value).
The deadline for securing a booth at the conference has now passed and the exhibit hall is full. Booth assignments will be posted to this page shortly.
