Swine Flu Resources

As a consequence of confirmed cases of Swine Influenza A (swH1N1) Public Health Emergency Exists Nationwide and worldwide. The library has created an information page on Swine Flu from CDC and WHO that are frequently updated with Swine Flu outbreak and mitigation developments.

58 New PubMed Central Journals Added to Library Collection

New journals just added to our collection include Canadian Journal of Cardiology, Head and Neck Oncology, and Genetics, Selection and Evolution.

PubMed Central is a free digital archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the U.S. National Institutes of Health.


FY 2010 Cancellation of Journals, Textbooks, and Databases

The library is anticipating a budget shortfall in FY 2010 that will necessitate cuts to the collection. To prepare for possible reductions in journal, textbook, and database subscriptions, we are asking for input from UTHSC faculty, staff, and students. Log in with your NetID and password to review the alphabetical list of titles under consideration and complete the survey.

The survey will remain open until close of business on Thursday, April 23, 2009.
